Introducing Layout Labs AI

Layout Labs AI started with a simple observation: creating a good infographic takes too long. Whether you're a marketer trying to visualise a report, a teacher building a lesson, or a founder explaining a product, the tools available either required design skills you don't have or produced results that weren't editable.

We wanted to change that. The core idea behind Layout Labs AI is that you should be able to describe what you want in plain language and receive a fully editable infographic in seconds — not a flat image, not a rigid template, but a real layered file you can modify.

After months of development, we launched with three core features: text-to-infographic generation, image-to-infographic conversion, and a full editing environment powered by a customised version of Excalidraw. Every element in every infographic is adjustable.

The response from early users has shaped everything since launch. We've added credit-based pricing to keep costs predictable, a sharing system so you can publish infographics with a link, and version history so you can recover earlier states of your work.
